Kim turns 30

In celebration of Kim's 30th birthday with the help of our dear friend Peggy I planned a girls weekend get away in Seattle. The theme for the party was the "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pant's". Peggy, my mom Stephanie and I picked Kim up from the airport on Friday. Our good friend Mary Thorsen joined us on Saturday. We stayed at the Hotel Andra, dined at the Wild Ginger, and Lola, went to Pike Place Market, shopped downtown, wine tasted the "Middle Sister" and "5 friends" wine, watched A Chorus Line musical, drank Starbucks and ate mini coconut pies.

Party favors included a denim pocket filled with the itinerary, starbucks gift card, the theater ticket, lip gloss, a bag of popcorn and a denim patch with embroidery that said "Sisterhood of the traveling pants" and the book. Peggy gave us each the original movie, a traveling Yahtzee game, and Seattle chocolates.

Fun memories, that should last us a life time.

My sister means the world to me and it was so fun to spend this time with her. She is beautiful, wonderful and one amazing girl!
